Production Operatives Stafforce North Yorkshire Hub is currently seeking motivated and dependable Production Operatives to join our client's expanding team. Production Operatives Key Responsibilities: Pack products accurately and efficiently Weighing small food products into different sized bags Sealing and wrapping products into various packaging Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the production area Follow safety and quality guidelines Collaborate with team members to meet production targets Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipmentProduction Operatives Requirements: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent work ethic and reliability Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexibility to work occasional weekends Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is a plusProduction Operatives Benefits: Opportunities for career growth and development Supportive and friendly work environment Employee of the Month award - we recognise and reward hard work!
