Production Operative

Imperial Personnel are currently recruiting for full-time Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Gainsborough, who are going through a strong period of growth. Our client is a well-established and respected supplier of egg products. You'll be working on-site at their modern facility, focused on egg packaging and distribution. The Role As a Production Operative, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day operation, working on a production line and supporting with egg sorting and egg mayonnaise production. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment. Duties include: Placing and removing boxes from machinery Stacking boxes and pallet wrapping Working on fast production lines Packaging products to required standards Making food products Cleaning equipment and work areas Checking products for quality and reporting any issues Pay: £12.86 per hour Benefits: Free parking On-site parking Opportunity for a permanent role after 12 weeks Requirements: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Gainsborough Previous factory or production experience is helpful but not essential A good work ethic and willingness to learn Interested?
