Production Operatives
to join the team at one of the UK's most recognised premium snack manufacturers. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a business that takes pride in producing high-quality products enjoyed by customers across the country. If you're reliable, hard-working and enjoy being part of a team where quality matters, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured and packed to the highest standards by: Operating and monitoring production lines Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification Packing finished products ready for dispatch Supplying production lines with packaging and raw materials Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness Following food safety, quality and health & safety procedures Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Reliable and punctual Happy working in a busy manufacturing environment Able to work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying out repetitive tasks Team players with a positive attitude Previous production or factory experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
