40 hours per week About the Role Torva Europe UK Ltd is looking for reliable and hardworking

Production Operators

to join our production facility in Coalville. The facility processes animal by-products for onward manufacture into pet food ingredients. This is a hands-on production role involving the handling and processing of raw materials, operation of production equipment, packing, cleaning, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Previous experience in food production, meat processing, manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar environment would be advantageous but is not essential, as training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day production and processing activities. Handle, prepare, and process raw materials in accordance with company procedures. Operate production equipment safely and correctly. Pack, label, and prepare finished or semi-finished products for storage and transportation. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the production area. Carry out regular cleaning of equipment, machinery, and work areas. Follow all food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and Health & Safety procedures. Report any equipment faults, safety concerns, or production issues to the Operations Manager. Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of materials where required. Work effectively as part of a small production team. Carry out other reasonable production-related duties as required. Requirements Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. Physically capable of carrying out manual production duties. Basic English communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures. Basic computer literacy would be advantageous. Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, meat processing, warehousing, or a similar environment is desirable but not essential. Must have the legal right to work in the UK. Must be able to reliably commute to the Coalville site. A full UK driving licence would be advantageous. Working Pattern The normal working week is
