Production Operative Bridgwater (TA6) Temporary Assignment£15.04£16.54ph | 4 on 4 off | Own Transport EssentialWe're looking for a driven Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in the Bridgwater area (TA6) on a temporary assignment with ongoing work.IMMEDIATE STARTS4 on 4 off shift pattern :2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 days off12-hour shifts: Day: 06:0018:00 | Night: 18:0006:00Day rate : £15.04ph (Basic + weekend allowance)Night rate : £16.54ph (Basic + Night shift & weekend allowance)Temporary role with ongoing workBenefits: 22 days holiday, pension and employee benefits platformJoin a busy production team of 500+, working across 27 beverage filling lines making everything from smoothies to leading supermarket juices.As a Production Operative you will use your hands-on experience with operating machinery to support changeovers, conduct basic maintenance & fault finding whilst liaising with the engineering team to resolve more complex faults.
