Production Operative

Production Operative AM2PM are recruiting for experienced Production Operative roles for our client based in the Minworth area.  Our client is a leading manufacturer who specialise in plastic injections mouldings which they supply for automotive sector. Hours of Work & Pay for Production Operative:  DAYS - Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm (rotating every week) NIGHTS - Sunday to Thursday 9pm to 6am OR Monday to Friday 10pm to 6am (working days/hours will depend on department and experience The pay rate is between £12.73 and £14 per hour, based on the shift, experience, or department. Duties of a Production Operative:  Check the quality of parts that are produced by the injection moulding machines Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures Assembly duties Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or malfunctions Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals Requirements of a Production Operative:  Experience working in a Factory Production environment (3 plus months)  Assembly experience preferred  Basic numeracy and literacy skills  Effective communication skills  Benefits with our Production Operative:  Ongoing, regular work  Permanent employment opportunities  Free onsite parking If you are interested in the above Production Operative role please click apply.  WHS01
