Production Operative - Frozen Fish Factory Location: LN7 - Rural Location (Own Transport Essential) Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00 Pay Rate: 13.80 per hour Contract: Temporary with potential to go permanent after 12 weeks We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy frozen fish factory, working on a very fast-paced production line. Key Responsibilities: Working on a fast-moving production line processing frozen fish products Packing, weighing and labelling products accurately Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times Carrying out quality checks with a strong attention to detail General factory and cleaning duties as required Manual labouring duties Requirements: Previous experience in a production or factory environment is desirable but not essential Ability to work at speed on a fast production line Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, punctual and able to work Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 Own transport is essential due to rural location (limited/no public transport) What's on Offer: Day shifts, Monday to Friday - no rotating shifts Opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks for the right candidates If you are interested in this position, please apply with your CV or call (phone number removed) We will look forward to hearing from you!
