Production Operative | Manufacturing Operative | Factory Operative The Docks, Sharpness, Gloucestershire GL13 9UX | £13.00 per hour | Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm | 40 Hours per Week | Temporary with Progression Due to the location, you must have your own transport. Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established site based at The Docks in Sharpness, near Berkeley. This role would suit someone with previous experience in groundwork, production, manufacturing, warehouse work, or another physically demanding, hands-on environment. What We Offer Starting rate of £13.00 per hour. Monday to Friday working hours, 7am-4pm. 40 hours per week. Full training and ongoing support. Strict health and safety procedures in place. Opportunity to be trained to operate forklift trucks and other heavy plant and machinery. Potential for growth and advancement within the company. Key Duties Operating machinery safely and efficiently. Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties. Loading machinery with packaging materials. Palletising finished goods. Maintaining general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in groundwork or a similar physical role is advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure. Willingness to carry out hands-on, manual tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, safety-conscious and hardworking approach.
