Production Operatives - Sittingbourne - £12.71 per hour - Immediate Starts Available

The Best Connection are recruiting Production Operatives and Automation Operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Sittingbourne.

This is a full-time opportunity offering weekly pay, ongoing work and long-term prospects within a clean and organised manufacturing environment.

The Role:

* Working on automated production lines

* Monitoring machinery and production processes

* Assembling plastic components and manufactured parts

* Packing products according to instructions and specifications

* Carrying out quality checks and identifying defects

* Reporting faults and production issues

* Recording production output where required

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Working at a designated workstation throughout the shift

Shift Patterns:

Rotating:

Week 1: 07:00-15:00 (Monday-Friday)

Week 2: 15:00-23:00 (Monday-Friday)

OR

Fixed Nights:

23:00-07:00 (Monday-Friday)

37.5 paid hours per week
