Production Operatives – Thetford Contract Personnel are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client, based in Thetford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment with competitive pay and overtime rates. Please note: This is a non-food manufacturing environment. No food production experience is required. Location: Thetford Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00 Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour Key Responsibilities Working across different areas of the production facility Assembling and checking products to required quality standards Carrying out visual quality checks Packing finished products ready for dispatch Following production instructions and health & safety procedures Keeping the work area clean and tidy Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets Duties may vary depending on production requirements The Ideal Candidate Reliable and punctual Good attention to detail Able to follow instructions Comfortable working as part of a team Good hand-to-eye coordination Flexible and willing to work across different production areas Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential Full training will be provided What We Offer £13.67 per hour Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00 Competitive overtime rates Regular weekday working hours Full training provided Ongoing work available Non-food manufacturing environment Interested?
