Production Operative

Job Description: Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client based in Wednesbury. Our client is a well-established manufacturing company offering long-term opportunities within a busy production environment. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join the team on a full-time basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring products are manufactured, assembled, packed, and prepared to the required quality standards. The role will involve working on production lines, handling materials, carrying out quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Previous production experience is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment are essential. The Role: * Working on a busy production line * Assembling and packing products * Carrying out quality inspections * Loading and unloading materials * Following production instructions * Working to production targets * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm Benefits: * £12.71 per hour * Full-time position * Weekly pay * Long-term ongoing work * Opportunity for permanent employment * Full training provided The Person: * Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred * Good attention to detail * Reliable and hard-working attitude * Able to work within a fast-paced production environment * Good timekeeping and attendance Please apply with your CV.
