Production Operative - Weekend Day Shift

PRODUCTION OPERATIVE | Chichester | PANAMA Due to continued growth and increased demand for our products, we are expanding our team and looking for Production Operatives to join us at Natures Way Foods. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting our expanding production lines, ensuring our fresh, high-quality food products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards for our retail customers. Shift pattern We operate a rotational shift pattern covering both days and nights 7:00am7:00pm. Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday Shift allowance (if applicable) of £1,100 per annum for working both days and nights £3,000 invested in your training from day one Employer matched pension up to 5% Health cash plan Flexible benefits including: Corporate gym discounts, long service awards, enhanced maternity & paternity policy and many more Access to online GP & life assurance Free English Lessons Working on our food production lines, preparing various fresh produce for labeling Chopping and preparing fresh produce Picking and packing products Loading and unloading product onto the production lines A dynamic and flexible attitude and can solve problems No experience is required as we provide full training initially to get you started and further ongoing training to progress your career with us.
