Job Title: Production Operative  Location: Yate, BS37 Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour Contract: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday Overtime: Possible Job OverviewWe are currently looking to recruit a Production Operative to join our team based in Yate, BS37. This is a factory-based role responsible for inspecting garments and safety equipment, ensuring they meet quality standards, and accurately recording inspection results. Key Responsibilities Inspect garments, boots, and helmets to ensure quality and compliance Identify and log any repairs or defects using SAP Record inspection findings accurately and efficiently Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail Work effectively as part of the factory team Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times Requirements Excellent attention to detail Comfortable using computer systems (SAP experience desirable but not essential – full training provided) Reliable, organised, and flexible Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous inspection, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is advantageous but not essential Benefits £13.45 per hour Company pension scheme Annual bonus scheme 33 days' holiday per year (including bank holidays) Perkbox employee benefits Full training provided Supportive and well-organised working environment Apply today to be considered for the role
