Production Operator - Early Shift / Back Shift - Rotational Shift Location: Lesmahagow Pay: £12.75 per hour (Early Shift) / £13.25 per hour (Back Shift) Hours: Monday to Friday - rotational shift pattern: Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 Back Shift: 14:00 - 22:00Are you hands-on, reliable and ready to get stuck into a busy production environment? We're hiring Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing team in Lesmahagow. What You'll Be Doing You'll be working across bucket and block production lines, helping to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Operating equipment across bucket and block production lines Loading buckets onto production lines Bagging blocks in preparation for sealing Carrying out heavy manual handling Palletising finished goods Wrapping pallets in preparation for despatch Following production processes to maintain excellent quality standards Adhering to Health & Safety procedures at all times Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the production areaWhat You'll Get Full-time job with opportunity to progress and develop Monday to Friday role - no weekend working Competitive hourly rates depending on shift Opportunity to work regular overtime at enhanced rates Training and support providedWhat We're Looking For Previous production or manufacturing experience OR transferable skills Comfortable carrying out heavy manual handling Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Able to follow processes and maintain high-quality standards Good awareness of Health & Safety Positive and enthusiastic attitude Able to work a rotational shift patternIf you're looking for a hands-on role within a busy production environment, apply today and take the next step in your career!
