The Role We're looking for a Production Operator to join the team at Porex on a Monday to Friday dayshift basis - no nights, no weekends, offering a good work-life-balance. You'll be trained on the equipment and processes you need - this is about attitude and reliability first, technical experience second. A typical day might include: Setting up, running and monitoring production equipment Carrying out visual and measured quality checks on components as they're produced Recording production data accurately Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe (5S standards) Flagging any issues or quality concerns to your shift supervisor Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team Who We're Looking For You don't need to come from a production or manufacturing background to apply - what matters most is the right attitude.
