Production Operator

Production Operative Location: Ledbury Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Friday - 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pay: £13.10 per hour Start Date - ASAP We are looking for dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our team, assembling products. Your role will play a crucial part in providing high-quality products that make a difference to people's lives. Key Responsibilities: Operating and monitoring laser cutting machinery Loading and unloading materials safely Checking finished products to ensure quality standards are met Following production schedules and work instructions Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Supporting the wider production team as required What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a production or assembly role is desirable but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
