Production Packers £31,000 to £36,000 plus benefits We are seeking a dedicated and proactive production packer to join a fast-paced production environment based in St. Neots. This is a permanent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. You’ll be part of a well-established manufacturing operation producing high-quality products for a respected and growing business. Main Responsibilities for the Production Packer: * Feed, pack, strip, inspect, and sort products on the production line * Carry out routine quality checks and promptly report any concerns * Support changeover activities and maintain high 5S housekeeping standards * Monitor for abnormal running conditions and act according to procedures * Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times * Affix product identification labels in a quality-controlled manner Skills/Experience required for the Production Packer: * Previous experience in a manufacturing or packing role preferred, but not essential * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team * Flexible approach to overtime when required * Good communication skills and a proactive work attitude Working Hours for the Production Packer: Various Shift Patterns of offer 4 on 4 off as well as days / nights and Continental shifts For more information, please contact Lisa Parsons
