Production Process Engineer

Our client is a well-established manufacturing business and a recognised leader within its sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Production Process Engineer to support operational performance, process improvement and CNC programming activities.Working closely with Operations, Team Leaders and Production teams, you will play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing downtime and supporting the introduction of new products and processes.Hours: Monday to Friday, either 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pmBenefits: Pension, Free Parking, Flexible working hoursThe RoleKey responsibilities will include:* Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity* Supporting machine fault diagnosis, breakdown recovery, and production troubleshooting* Creating and modifying CNC programmes to improve efficiency and product quality* Supporting production trials, prototypes, and new product introductions* Assessing workflow, site layout, and production processes to improve material flow and maximise capacity* Working closely with operators and team leaders to improve processes and share technical knowledge* Assisting with tooling specification, machine set-up, and process control* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operationAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:* Experience within a manufacturing, production, or engineering environme...
