PRODUCTION SHIFT MANAGER Location:Folkestone Salary: Up to £45,000 Shift: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights Job Role of the Production Shift Manager: Production Shift Manager wanted for a hands-on leadership role within a busy manufacturing environment. The role will involve managing production operations across the shift, ensuring targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a production team, managing performance, dealing with issues on shift and ensuring production plans are delivered. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Production Manager, Production Supervisor or Shift Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
