Linkster Recruitment is proud to work with a successful and growing manufacturing client located in Swadlincote. We are looking for a skilled Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team in a permanent capacity.

Main Duties :

As the Manufacturing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the daily operations of the night shift in collaboration with the Day Shift Production Manager.
• Manage a team of approximately 45-60 manufacturing operatives, including Team Leaders, while fostering a productive work environment.
• Focus on achieving productivity targets while handling key responsibilities such as health and safety, staff allocation, absenteeism management, and conflict resolution.
• Execute daily production plans for your assigned areas, offering support and adaptability as needed.
• Ensure optimal use of direct operators to maximise production output and meet daily targets.
• Promote performance, efficiency, and profitability within the night shift team.
