Production Team Leader – Rotating Shifts Dudley | £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Bonus | 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 A well-established and highly regarded glass manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to join their team on a rotating shift pattern. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead a production team, drive performance, maintain high standards, and champion continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a production team Achieve productivity, quality, and waste KPIs Drive health & safety and quality standards Manage team performance, training, and attendance Work with Maintenance and Management to maximise production Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities What We're Looking For Previous Team Leader / Supervisor experience in manufacturing Strong people-management and communication skills Experience working to production targets and KPIs A proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement Good understanding of H&S and quality procedures Glass manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential IOSH or similar qualification would be advantageous Package £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Bonus scheme Pension & life assurance Healthcare benefits Training and development Permanent position with a reputable industry leader Ready for your next move?
