- £40,000 Flexible Shift Pattern Permanent Position Progression Howden, East Yorkshire Are you a Production Team Leader, Line Leader, Supervisor, or similar from an FMCG, food manufacturing, or packaging background, looking for a hands-on leadership role within a busy production environment? On offer is a permanent position within an established food production business, where you will oversee day-to-day production line operations, support the Packhouse Manager, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements are consistently met.
In this role, you will lead and motivate Production Operatives, organise labour across production lines, monitor performance, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement across the production process.
You will also ensure accurate production records are maintained, quality checks are completed, and any downtime or operational issues are reported and resolved efficiently.
This role would suit a Production Team Leader, Line Leader, Supervisor, or similar with experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, or a similar fast-paced production environment, looking for a stable role with progression opportunities.
