MERITUS are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a leading engineering business, overseeing the manufacture, testing and delivery of high-quality electrical control panels for major UK infrastructure projects.

We're looking for an experienced Production Team Leader with a background in electrical manufacturing and control panel production to lead production teams delivering complex electrical control panel solutions. You'll oversee multiple projects, ensuring manufacturing, testing and production milestones are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Working closely with Production Scheduling, Engineering and other business areas, you'll help plan daily activities, maintain a strong 'right first time' culture and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve project milestones.
• Supervise the build and testing of multiple electrical control panel projects.
• Work with Production Scheduling to manage resources, priorities and workloads.
• Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
