Production Team Leader/Supervisor

Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit a Production Operatives for Temp to Perm position working at our clients site in Altham.

The work will involve:

• Overseeing a small team
• Assigning tasks, arranging training, addressing employee concerns, absences or lates
• Setting & operating machines
• Minding machines and Production output
• Quality checking products
• End of line packing
• Heavy lifting involved
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working to ensure raw materials are available and production schedules are met
• Reporting any Machine breakdowns
• Promote Safety and Compliance

Shifts Available Currently:

• 06:00-18:00 - Fri-Sun - £17.95 p/h - 36 Hours
• 18:00-06:00 - Fri-Sun - £18.74 p/h - 36 Hours

Essential Skills/Experience Needed:

• Previous experience in Manufacturing, Machine Operating and Machine Setting
• Team Leader or Supervisor experience essential
• Assembly Experience preferred
