Production Technician, £27,000 - £30,000, Abingdon, Oxfordshire • £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + pension + 25 days holiday • Full-time, permanent position. • Manufacturing role within a growing medical device company Are you a hands-on Production Technician, Assembly Operative or Development Technician with experience in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment? Your background as a Production Technician: • Experience working with small components – ideally in medical, electronics, or precision manufacturing • Able to follow detailed written instructions and complete accurate production records • Confident working under a microscope or with intricate components • A methodical approach – reliable, process-driven, and comfortable working to high quality standards • Any experience with ISO 13485, GMP, or GLP is beneficial but not essential • Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
