Production Technician Are you looking for a hands-on Production Technician opportunity within a specialist engineering environment? Do you have an interest in electronics, assembly, and electrical testing? If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Our client, a specialist engineering and technology business, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be involved in the assembly and testing of small electronic products. Production Technician Permanent Position Salary: £25,000–£35,000 (DOE) Monday to Friday Oxfordshire Production Technician Job Description • Assemble small electronic products and components to engineering and production specifications • Carry out electrical testing and verification using multimeters and other test equipment • Assist with fault-finding and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies • Carry out soldering and component rework where required • Follow engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and technical documentation • Complete production and testing records accurately • Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet quality and delivery requirements • Develop technical skills through on-the-job training and support from experienced engineers Production Technician Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications • Previous experience in electronics assembly, production, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on environment would be advantageous • Interest in developing a career within electronics and engineering • Basic understanding of electrical or electronic principles • Experience using a multimeter or electrical test equipment would be beneficial • Soldering experience would be advantageous but is not essential • Ability to follow technical drawings, instructions, and procedures • Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work • Strong practical and problem-solving skills • Willingness to learn new technical skills — full training will be provided If you, or anyone you know are interested in the role, click apply or send your CV to (url removed)
