Production Technician

Production Technician We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join a high-speed manufacturing team. The successful candidate will support production operations, maintain equipment performance, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment. Key responsibilities: * Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment safely and efficiently. * Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process issues to minimise downtime. * Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and quality checks. * Collaborate with operators, engineers, and quality teams to improve processes. * Document production activities, faults, and corrective actions. * Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area and follow all health and safety procedures. * Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives. Required skills and experience: * Minimum 2 years' experience within high-speed manufacturing. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * High attention to detail and consistent quality focus. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment. * Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing improvements. Working hours on a 2 weekly rotating shift cycle: * 41.25 hours per week * Early shift: 06:00-14:15 * Late shift: 14:00-22:15 * Weekend coverage may be required
