Programme Manager

We’re currently seeking experienced Programme Managers to join a leading manufacturing business in Birmingham, with opportunities available on both a permanent and contract basis. You willl take the lead in planning and delivering programmes from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to budget. Contract - Outside IR35 Permanent - Competitive salary and package Job Description Lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of programmes Develop and manage programme schedules, budgets and cost controls Identify risks and implement effective corrective actions Work with engineering, production, supply chain and quality teams to ensure timely execution of project/programme milestones and integration into manufacturing operations Act as the primary customer contact, providing clear and regular programme updates Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Well versed carrying out a similar programme manager role Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment (automotive industry is highly desirable) NPI/NPD experience is highly desirable
