Contract Opportunity Location: Midlands - Hybrid Working Salary: Competitive Day Rate - Outside of IR35 Lead the Delivery of a Major NHS EPR Programme We are supporting a large NHS acute trust seeking an experienced Programme Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a major Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme. Working closely with the Programme Director and Executive team, you will oversee the successful delivery of a complex digital transformation programme that will have a significant impact on clinical services, operational efficiency and patient outcomes across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NHS EPR professional who can operate at both strategic and operational levels and is comfortable deputising for the Programme Director when required. Key Responsibilities * Lead delivery of key workstreams within a large-scale EPR programme. * Manage programme plans, risks, issues, dependencies and governance. * Coordinate clinical, operational, digital and supplier stakeholders. * Support executive reporting and Programme Board activities. * Drive programme assurance, readiness and go-live planning. * Ensure delivery remains aligned to programme objectives, benefits and timescales. * Deputise for the Programme Director when required, representing the programme across senior stakeholder forums.
