Project Accountant

Axon Moore is exclusively partnering with a high growth, PE backed business to appoint a Project Accountant. Having built an impressive track record through a combination of strategic acquisitions and sustained organic growth, the business is continuing to evolve and offers an exciting environment for an ambitious finance professional looking to broaden their experience and make a genuine impact. This role would suit an ACA or ACCA qualified, technically minded accountant who is looking to move away from a traditional, routine month-end-focused position and into a more varied, project-led and value adding role. The successful candidate will act as a finance "all-rounder" across the Group, providing support on a wide range of initiatives and helping to drive continuous improvement across finance. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys getting involved, solving problems and working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver practical improvements. The role will allow you to utilise your strong technical accounting knowledge within a growing Group environment, whilst gaining valuable exposure to acquisitions, integration, financial controls and wider business transformation projects. You will be a confident communicator and credible business partner, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels across Finance, Operations, IT, HR and the wider organisation.
