About the Practice
A well-established, design-led architectural practice specialising in high-quality residential projects. The studio combines creative design with strong technical knowledge and offers a collaborative environment with excellent opportunities for professional development.
The Role
Working closely with senior architects and the wider team, you will contribute from concept and planning through to delivery, developing design proposals, coordinating consultants and ensuring projects progress smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate projects across relevant RIBA stages.
- Produce high-quality design, planning and presentation information.
- Develop design proposals in response to client briefs.
- Coordinate external consultants and project information.
- Assist with planning applications, pre-applications and supporting documentation.
- Attend client, consultant and project meetings.
- Work closely with senior and technical architects to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Manage project deadlines and day-to-day priorities.
- Support junior team members where appropriate.
About You
- ARB registered Architect with post-Part III experience.
- UK architectural practice experience with strong expeirence within the high end residential sector
- Strong expeirence across all RIBA stages with the ability to run projects from concept to handover
- Strong design, drawing and presentation skills.
- Confident communicator with clients and consultants.
- Well organised, proactive and detail-focused
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.
