Delivering innovative and technically driven designs across the UK, they work on a diverse portfolio of projects within the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Development sectors, with project values ranging from approximately £250,000 to £15 million.Joining the practice offers the opportunity to become part of a friendly, close-knit team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are at the heart of the business. Project Architect - Overview
- Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
- Deliver technically focused projects across the healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential development sectors.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings, construction details and drawing packages using Revit.
- Liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout project delivery.
- Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects with values ranging from approximately £250k to £15 million.
- Collaborate within a friendly, multidisciplinary team in a highly technical and supportive office environment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the architectural team.
Project Architect - Requirements
- Experience independently running projects.
- 3+ years post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
- Good knowledge of Revit
- Strong technical and detailing ability.
- Confident liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.
- Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial or residential development sectors would be beneficial.
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
