Project Buyer (FTC)

A Leading Subcontractor is looking for a project buyer to assist procurement and expedite a range of materials categories, you will: * Assist with the procurement and expediting of a wide range of construction materials. * Support site teams with operational procurement requirements. * Review and sign off invoices to ensure prompt payment scheme is adhered to. * Manage various internal and external stakeholder requirements. Further Details A mixture of framework and project procurement to support regional and some small steel construction projects. The role will be a mix of site based operational procurement and assisting the supply chain manager with strategic sourcing responsibilities. Candidate Requirements Minimum of 2 year’s operational procurement experience from any leading construction or infrastructure contractor or subcontractor. Ideally you will currently be working as a project buyer or an experienced buyer who has strong negotiation, supplier management and communication skills. Benefits * Flexible Working * Pension
