Project Coordinator Are you an organised, proactive, and customer-focused individual looking to build a long-term career with a progressive and growing organisation? I am currently recruiting for a high-profile industry manufacturer, and due to their continued success they are looking to add another Project Coordinator to their fast-paced Team. The Role As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities * Act as a point of contact for customers * Maintain regular communication with customers and external contractors to keep projects on track. * Coordinate customer orders, working closely with subcontractors, in-house production, and installation teams. * Support Project Managers to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently and profitably. * Process completed orders through the ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. * Maintain detailed activity logs, providing clear project updates for senior management. * Review ongoing client services to ensure operational capability and customer satisfaction. * Monitor ERP reports and KPIs to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule. * Ensure all work complies with company operational procedures, including Health & Safety and ERP system requirements. * Collaborate with fellow Project Coordinators to share knowledge and support project delivery. * Assist Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in delivering an outstanding customer experience. * Build positive working relationships across all departments to ensure seamless project execution. * Carry out any additional duties as required by management. Previous experience in project coordination, customer service, retail projects, construction, manufacturing, or a similar coordination role would be advantageous, although attitude and the willingness to learn are equally important.
