Remote working to co-ordinate with sister plants in AUS & USA however must be available to work on site in Middlesbrough permanently if required. Project Coordinator Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating projects across multiple regions, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be experienced in project management software and able to handle projects across time zones when required. Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables across Australia, the USA, and potentially other international locations. Schedule and attend meetings to suit multiple time zones as required. Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. Manage project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks to support accurate and timely operations. Track project progress, risks, and issues, providing updates and solutions to management as needed. Support procurement, order processing, and resource allocation to meet project requirements. Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and team effectiveness. Utilise expert-level Microsoft Project or Zoho Projects (or equivalent project software) for project tracking and reporting. Project Coordinator Requirements: Proven experience coordinating projects in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Zoho Projects (expert level preferred). Flexible approach to working hours to accommodate international meetings. Based in Teesside with a full driving licence. Project Coordinator " Desirable" Requirements: Previous experience managing projects across multiple countries.
