A highly reputable company based in Nottingham is currently seeking to recruit a professional and commercially aware Project Coordinator to strengthen their Technical teams. Key Duties & Responsibilities Include: * Provide day-to-day administrative support to project teams and senior members of the business. * Assist with project administration, including setting up new projects, maintaining records and ensuring information is kept accurate and up to date. * Support project-related financial processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, financial tracking and monitoring project expenditure. * Assist with the reconciliation and processing of invoices, ensuring relevant records and documentation are maintained. * Monitor project actions, deadlines and deliverables, following up with relevant individuals where necessary to ensure activities remain on track. * Support the coordination of approvals and submissions, working with internal colleagues and external contacts to ensure requirements are met within agreed timescales. * Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with document control, including registers, filing systems and electronic document management. * Coordinate meetings, site visits and other project-related activities, ensuring the necessary arrangements and documentation are in place. * Provide diary and meeting coordination support to senior colleagues where required. * Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements and other general office administration. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required: * Previous experience within a project coordination or similar administrative office-based role. * GCSE passes (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. * Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines. * Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with financial information, documentation and project records. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. * Confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders. * Benefits (Subject to Eligibility) Include: * 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional long-service recognition and a festive office shutdown. * Flexible and remote working opportunities * Competitive salary, with regular reviews and benchmarking * Company pension scheme and health cash plan. * Professional development opportunities * Family-friendly policies and dedicated health and mental wellbeing programmes. * Additional paid volunteering leave, with up to two days available. * Cycle to Work Scheme and season ticket loan, where applicable. * Death in service benefit. * On-site parking
