Are you someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships and seeing projects through from start to finish?
We're recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with an established and growing business in Poole. This is a varied, customer-facing role that combines sales coordination, project management, estimating and customer relationship management.
As the primary point of contact for your customers, you'll manage projects from the initial enquiry through to completion and invoicing. You'll visit customer sites to understand their requirements, develop bespoke solutions, prepare competitive quotations and coordinate each project to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
This isn't just an office-based coordination role. You'll build long-term customer relationships, work closely with production teams and become a trusted adviser to your clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing customer enquiries from initial enquiry through to project completion
- Visiting customer sites to assess requirements and recommend bespoke solutions
- Preparing quotations and following up new business opportunities
- Coordinating projects with production and logistics teams
- Acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
