Project Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturer based near Malton, are looking to recruit a Project Engineer to join the business on a permanent basis. This recruitment drive is due to order books continually expanding and wanting to develop communications between engineering and operations. The Project Engineer is responsible for driving projects through the business from concept to delivery. Projects will include customer-specific solutions, new product introductions, engineering changes and manufacturing improvement initiatives. The Ideal candidate will ideally be qualified in an engineering discipline with experience working in a projects role within a manufacturing engineering environment. Experience working with New Production Introduction (NPI) is advantageous Hours Mon - Friday 0830 - 17.00 Role Description Project Engineering * Coordinate projects from concept through to implementation. * Maintain project plans, milestones and action trackers. * Monitor progress, identify risks and support resolution of issues. * Escalate delays or resource constraints where necessary.
