Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards
- Assist with co‑ordinate and control the on‑site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan
- Liaise with Statutory Authorities and Local Authorities as directed by the Site Manager in the submission of all Building Regulation cards as required to allow the progress of the project
- Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports
- Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings in the absence of the Site or Project Manager
- Assist the Site Manager in the management of materials
- Record keeping (diary, drawing register, H&S, COSHH Assessments, As‑built drawings, Levels & Foundations records, site H&S file)
- Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety requirements

Qualifications
- Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor
- Proven technical knowledge of Mechanical Services
- Knowledge and skills to effectively problem‑solve
- A keen desire to continually develop knowledge further
- Be self‑motivated, with proven organisational ability and the drive to meet deadlines
- Customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Attention to Health and Safety matters
- Commercially astute
- Experience in the data centres sector desirable
- Degree or equivalent in a Mechanical discipline desirable
