A leading international law firm is seeking a Project Finance Associate (2-5PQE) and Senior Associate (5-7PQE) to join its highly regarded Projects and Finance practice in London.


The team advises sponsors, lenders, institutional investors and other stakeholders on sophisticated domestic and cross-border project and structured financing transactions across a range of sectors, including:

  • project and acquisition financings,
  • energy and natural resources projects,
  • renewable energy and energy transition,
  • infrastructure and transportation,
  • digital infrastructure and telecommunications,
  • structured and leveraged project financings, and
  • refinancings, portfolio financings and other complex financing arrangements.


Associates work closely with leading partners and clients on transactions from initial structuring through to completion, gaining meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure and experience across the full lifecycle of sophisticated project finance matters.

The London team forms part of the firm's broader international finance platform, offering access to significant cross-border deal flow across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and other key international markets within a genuinely collaborative environment.

Candidates should ideally have:

  • 2-7 years' post-qualification experience in project finance, infrastructure finance or broader banking and finance,
  • strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills,
  • excellent academic credentials, and
  • experience gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
