Project Manager We are working with one of London's leading fit-out and refurbishment contractors, renowned for delivering exceptional CAT A & CAT B Commercial Fit-Out & refurbishment projects across Zone 1 Central London. This division of the business has a particular focus on delivering quality CAT-B and Cut & Carve projects in the city, with the majority of work secured through repeat business from several key clients. Due to continued organic growth and a strong secured pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to act as the No.1 on projects ranging from £5M to £50M. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor recognised for delivering high-quality landmark projects across London. The role would suit someone who enjoys working within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, where individuals are encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas, and make a genuine impact across project delivery. Key Responsibilities Taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover Playing an active part in tendering and winning work Managing programme, budget, quality, and commercial performance across projects Focusing on Design, Delivery and managing programme, budget, quality, and commercial performance across projects Leading project teams, including Site Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard Liaising and building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders and maintaining this throughout the project lifecycle Coordinating logistics and construction activities within challenging live and occupied environments Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and programme challenges Chairing project meetings and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders Monitoring progress and reporting on programme, financials, and key project milestones Driving quality assurance and ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded Requirements Track record as a Project Manager delivering Commercial Fit-Out and Refurbishment projects Proven experience winning key projects and running them from cradle to grave Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor Strong understanding of programme management, construction sequencing, and project delivery Specific Commercial CAT-B experience Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets Strong knowledge of health & safety and construction compliance Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractor packages effectively Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualificationsWhat's on Offer Opportunity to work with a market-leading contractor Pension, healthcare, and bonus scheme provided Opportunity to work for a Tier-1 business Opportunity to work on high-profile Commercial projects Strong pipeline of secured work Excellent company culture with low staff turnover Stable business with repeat clients and sustained organic growthIf you want to hear more about this Project Manager role, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV or alternatively contact Andreas Vella in our London Office on (phone number removed) or
