Project Manager Construction

Project Manager Project Manager required for a Tier 2 main contractor for London based projects. Projects include Apart Hotels, Student Accommodation, Residential Apartments and Co Living developments. They can also be a mix of new build rc frame and cut and carve projects. Looking for experienced Project Managers (strong no.1 on site) who have previously managed large projects up to at least £50mil from inception through to completion, managing all aspects of the build, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager or Director. This is a permanent position and realistically looking like an October or November start (Possibly sooner). Salary given as a rough guide only as we’ve been told salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Key responsibilities include: * Drive high performance in all aspects of the project * Tracking progress ensuring projects complete on schedule * Build and maintain strong relationships with all involved * Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and morale Key skills & experience include: * At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within Construction * Strong track record of delivering projects of at least £50mil * Proactive, with strong problem solving ability * Straight talking and takes responsibility * Strong leadership and people management skills If interested, please apply with an up to date CV
