Project Manager – Groundworks & Civils Location: Brentwood, Essex Start: Immediate Duration: Long-term contract We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a long-term groundworks contract based in Brentwood, Essex. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background working for groundworks, civils or RC frame subcontractors, who is looking for a long-term position with a reputable contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project from planning through to completion, managing site teams, subcontractors, programme, health & safety and quality across the works. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks, civils or RC frame * Strong subcontractor background * Experience managing groundworks and civil engineering packages * SMSTS * Black CSCS Card * Temporary Works Coordinator or Temporary Works Supervisor * SEATS desirable * Strong understanding of health & safety, programme and quality management * Good communication and leadership skills * Previous experience managing multiple site teams and subcontractors The Role: * Long-term groundworks contract * Based in Brentwood, Essex * Immediate start available * Competitive day rate/salary available depending on experience * Long-term work with potential for further projects * Opportunity to work on a major groundworks/civils package If you are an experienced Project Manager with a strong groundworks, civils or RC frame subcontractor background and are available to start immediately, please get in touch
