- Developthecapacityofboardmemberstoplayasignificantroleinshapingandscrutinisingcoreservicesandensurethattheboardsareeffectiveandmeaningfulinthescrutinytheyprovidetheservicerecommendationstheymakeandexperiencesoftheparticipantsbothstaffandresidents.
- Developtheworkoftheteamthroughpayingaleadonkeyprojectsandservicereviews,includingourgrantmaking,trainingofferandframeworkforprocurementofIndependentTenantAdvisers

- Workwithboardmembersandservicestodeveloptheirworkprogramme.
- Setupaminiwebsiteforeachboardusingtheengagehubtofacilitateinformationsharing,andexchangeofideas.
- Supporttheboardsgatherevidenceandinsightforconsiderationandtoinformtheirwork.
