Project Manager – Refurbishments & Backlog Maintenance
London | 6 months | £400 per day (outside IR35)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a busy estates projects team within a large NHS organisation.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing minor works, backlog maintenance projects and cyclical works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across London
- Lead feasibility studies and develop project briefs with stakeholders
- Produce specifications
- Manage contractors, consultants, and on-site works
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality of delivery
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and health & safety requirements
- Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders
About You
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with strong technical and stakeholder management skills.
Essential:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in construction, engineering, surveying, or related discipline
