Project Manager

A well-established main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver a major residential development in North London. The successful Project Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project, leading a lean site team and working closely with the design and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities * Manage the project from construction through to handover. * Lead the site management and engineering teams. * Manage subcontractors and key work packages. * Drive the construction programme and monitor progress. * Coordinate design information, RFIs and technical queries. * Work closely with the commercial and design teams. * Maintain high standards of quality and health & safety. * Liaise with the client, consultants and key stakeholders. Requirements * Previous experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor. * Strong residential or mixed-use project experience. * Experience delivering multi-storey developments. * Good knowledge of RC frame construction. * Strong subcontractor and programme management skills. * Hands-on approach and comfortable working within a lean project team. * Relevant construction qualifications.
