About the Role
Sphere Solutions is recruiting a Project Manager for a market-leading residential construction and regeneration developer that has been established in the region for over 20 years.
Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager you will be No.1 on the project, reporting directly to the Area Operations Manager. You will manage and direct a large project team, ensuring the project runs to program and specification. This is a very key appointment for the business and a permanent position on a major development in the Newport area.
Qualifications
Seeking a candidate with a main contracting background who is keen to move into a residential‑biased field. The role is permanent.
