Project Manager – RC Frame & Groundworks London £90,000 - £120,000 + Package / Benefits (LTD options available) About the Company Our client is an established RC Frame and Groundwork contractor operating throughout London and the South East. With a strong reputation for delivering complex reinforced concrete frame and groundwork packages, they continue to secure repeat business from a number of leading developers and main contractors. Current projects range from £10m to £20m and cover residential, commercial, student accommodation and mixed-use developments. With a healthy pipeline of secured work and further projects due to commence this year, they are continuing to strengthen their operational team. About the Role Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Project Manager to deliver RC Frame and Groundwork projects across London and the South East. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from site commencement through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget. You will work closely with Contracts Managers, Commercial Teams and Site Management staff whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will initially take responsibility for a major RC Frame and Groundwork project and play a key role in the delivery of future schemes as the company continues to expand its project portfolio. This role offers a genuine opportunity to progress into a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager position as the company continues its planned growth over the coming years. About the Requirements * Previous experience working for an RC Frame, Groundwork or Civil Engineering contractor. * Experience as a Project Manager delivering RC Frame and Groundwork packages. * Strong understanding of programme management and project delivery. * Ability to manage Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors. * Good client-facing and communication skills. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Candidates currently operating as a Senior Site Manager looking to step up will also be considered.
