Remuneration: £60,000 - £65,000neg

The role of the Project Manager – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Works will involve:


  • Project Manager position responsible for a range of civil engineering, infrastructure, drainage and highway contracts
  • Regular site visits across Yorkshire, North East and the North West to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance.
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications and project information to identify risks and requirements
  • Preparing scopes, specifications and methodologies while supporting tenders and pre-construction
  • Coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
  • Managing project costs, variations, forecasts and commercial performance
  • Monitoring programmes, identifying risks and delays, and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensuring projects meet health & safety, quality, environmental and regulatory xwzovoh requirements
  • Overseeing projects with a value of up to £7m although typically £1m-£2m


The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Works with:


  • Must have Project Management experience within the civils, infrastructure, drainage, highways or come from a closely related background
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills)
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
  • Must be a great team player
  • High levels of organisation
