Working closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll help coordinate project activities, monitor progress, manage documentation and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their project management career within a technical engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and coordination of engineering projects. Assist in developing and maintaining project programmes and workstream plans. Produce project reports, presentations and performance updates. Collect, analyse and present project data to support decision making. Coordinate project documentation and maintain accurate records. Assist with scheduling project activities and allocating work where required. Support project close-out activities, documentation and client handovers. Work closely with engineering, design, procurement and delivery teams. Identify opportunities for process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to project reviews and lessons learned activities. Skills & Experience Essential Previous experience supporting engineering or technical projects. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong analytical and reporting ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Desirable Experience within engineering, utilities, infrastructure or construction. Exposure to project scheduling and planning. Understanding of project lifecycle principles. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK. Experience using project planning software would be advantageous. Qualifications Degree (or equivalent qualification/experience) in Engineering, Construction, Business or a related discipline. Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation are advantageous but not essential.
